Ekomilk Analyzer Repairing

We offer servicing of Ekomilk milk analyzer machines. We provide service for both Ekomilk Ultra machine with single sensor and Ekomilk Ultra Pro machine with double sensors. We rectify all kind of faults like Empty Camera, Error 03, Error 07, Hot Sample, machine dead, variation in reading, calibrations, Motor Error etc. We manufacture our own Replacement Ekomilk Analyzer Motor PCB (Spare parts) which you may purchase for repairing by your own. Also we have our own Replacement Ekomilk Analyzer LCD (Spare parts) and Replacement Ekomilk Analyzer Keypad (Spare parts). We manufacture sensors for Ekomilk analyzer for replacement. We do not offer sensor as a spare part because it requires work to be done by highly qualified service personal only.

Replacement Ekomilk Analyzer Motor PCB (Spare parts)

We offer replacement Motor PCB as a spare part for Ekomilk analyzer. Complaints occurring due to motor PCB can be easily rectified by just replacing the PCB. No soldering or tedious work is required to change the PCB. We do not offer any kind of warranty to this board if purchased separately. Time related issues and error message "Motor Error" can be rectified by replacing this PCB. Our PCB uses latest technology digital Microcontroller. So failure rate is extremely low.

Replacement Ekomilk Analyzer LCD (Spare parts)

We provide LCD with wire and connector which can be directly plugged to Ekomilk PCB connector. Failures occurring due to no display, line missing, character missing, no back light etc. can be easily rectified by replacing this part. For older model cabinets this part does not fit correctly. But you can easily file a small portion of the cabinet or even use a soldering iron any hot object and carefully remove a small portion of plastic from inside the cabinet.

Replacement Ekomilk Analyzer Keypad (Spare parts)

We provide keypad with wire and connector which can be directly plugged to Ekomilk PCB connector. Keys have tactile switches inside which has a certain life based on the clicks. Failure occurs in long term use. We do not provide service for keypad unit. Only replacement is provided. Even one key failure requires replacement of whole keypad because, other keys can also fail very soon and comes as a repeated complaint, which in turn affects our goodwill.
